The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the Product.
To withdraw from the contract, the Consumer should submit a withdrawal statement and send it to the email address: doodle@agagrey.com.
The Consumer is obligated to return the Product in its original condition, unless the change was necessary within the limits of normal management.
The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Product.
The Customer must ensure that the returned Product is secured in a manner that prevents damage during transport.
The Product should be returned to the address provided in response to the withdrawal notification.
The refund will be processed promptly, and no later than 14 days from the day the Seller receives the returned Product.
In the event of a Product defect, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
The complaint should include the Customer's details, a description of the Product defect, and the Customer's request.
Complaints should be submitted electronically to the email address: doodle@agagrey.com or in writing to the Seller's registered office address.
The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and will inform the Customer of the further procedure.
If the complaint is upheld, the Seller is obligated to repair or replace the Product with a defect-free one, and if that is not possible, to refund the full amount paid for the Product.
If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will cover the costs related to returning the complained Product and the costs of delivering the new or repaired Product to the Customer.
If the complaint is rejected, the Customer will bear the costs of returning the Product.
