Agagrey Online Store Terms and Conditions
I. General Provisions

These terms and conditions outline the rules for using the online store, placing orders for products available in the store, delivering ordered products, paying for products, the customer's right to withdraw from the contract, and the procedures for submitting and handling complaints. II. Definitions
- Customer – A natural person, legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality, but granted legal capacity by law, using the online store.
- Consumer – A Customer who is a natural person purchasing for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Product – A high-quality art print created by Agnieszka Grejczyk, available for sale in the online store.
- Sales Agreement – A sales contract for a Product concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the online store.
- Order – A declaration of intent by the Customer, directly aiming to conclude a Sales Agreement, specifying the type and quantity of Products.
III. Rules for Using the Online Store
- The Agagrey online store sells Agnieszka Grejczyk’s art prints via the Internet.
- To place an order in the online store, you must create a Customer account or place an order as a guest.
- The Customer must provide accurate information when placing an order.
IV. Placing Orders
- The Customer places an order by completing the order form available on the store's website.
- After placing an order, the Customer receives an electronic confirmation of the order’s acceptance.
- The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.
V. Prices and Payment Methods
- Product prices are listed in the local currency (PLN for Poland, GBP for the UK, EUR for EU countries, USD for the rest of the world) and include VAT.
- The Customer can choose the following payment methods:
- Payment via an electronic payment system,
- Payment by credit or debit card.
VI. Delivery
- Products are delivered within Poland and internationally, including EU countries and worldwide.
- Delivery costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated in the sales agreement.
- Delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from the date the payment is credited to the Seller's account, unless a different timeframe is specified in the Product description or during order placement.
VII. Personal Data Protection
- The data controller is Ecwid.
- Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- The Customer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data.
VIII. Copyright and Use of Products
- The art prints available in the store are reproductions of works created by Agnieszka Grejczyk and are protected by her copyright.
- Purchasing an art print does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights. The Customer acquires only the right to personal use of the purchased prints.
- The Customer is not entitled to copy, publish, distribute, or otherwise use the purchased prints in any manner that could infringe Agnieszka Grejczyk’s copyright.
- Any violation of copyright may result in legal action to protect Agnieszka Grejczyk’s rights.
IX. Final Provisions
- These terms and conditions are effective from the date of publication on the store’s website.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions. Customers will be informed of any changes on the store’s website.
- Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by Polish law, particularly the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- Any disputes arising from the execution of sales agreements between the Seller and Customers will be initially resolved through negotiations, aiming for an amicable settlement. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled by the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
